Prices in 2026 and 2027

• One night's stay for 1 or 2 people is £140, which includes breakfast.

• An evening meal is £25 per person for two courses which includes a glass of wine, beer or non alcoholic drink and paid for at date of stay.

Payment & Booking Information

• We ask for full payment of the accommodation with your booking, which can be completed via Bacs, Paypal (For those abroad only, otherwise a 4% fee is added) or a cheque made out to 'Lucy Coad' if you have a UK bank account. 

• We have a card machine here for payments for food etc.

• Checkout is before 10am please and we guarantee to be here from 4pm to greet you, although there is often someone around if you are earlier.

• We are clearly marked in the Cotswold Way guide books, on the 'Find us' tab above, ordnance survey map and on your confirmation email if booked directly.

• Discounts available on bookings for more than 3 nights.

• Please complete the booking form under the Booking form tab above. Once submitted Lucy will contact you via email to discuss your method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund is given if you cancel your booking more than four weeks in advance of your date of stay, minus a £20 administration cost and any PayPal fees incurred.

• Should you cancel within four weeks of your date of stay, we will refund 30% of the full amount minus a £20 administration cost and any PayPal fees incurred.

• Should you cancel within one week of your date of stay, no refund will be given, you may be able to claim on your insurance.
